It is my pleasure to invite you to a wine tasting and reception on October 14 to benefit the Tiffany Shackelford Foundation.

I realize that many of you have already done so much to support us since we launched. So, why are we asking you to attend a wine reception next month?  Well, the Board of Directors believes that it is important for us to have an annual social event. This not only provides an opportunity for those of us who knew and loved Tiffany to come together to share drinks and stories, but it also allows us to tell you about the work of the Foundation.  

So, please consider joining us on Saturday, Oct. 14 at UnWined in Alexandria. Tiffany was a regular customer at this terrific neighborhood wine shop, and this will be a great event. There will be food from Revel (the restaurant affiliated with UnWined and located next door). We will raffle off some “purse” bourbon and other fun goodies.
